Contact the team
In the app, open Help and choose Contact us. This reaches the Edmund team directly. Describe what you were doing and what went wrong, and add the details below so the team can see the same thing you did.
What to include
The more of this you send, the faster the team can reproduce the issue and get back to you.
- Which project you were in — the answers depend on the project, so name it.
- The chat — point to the conversation where it happened, so the team can read the same exchange.
- A screenshot — capture the screen, including any message or status shown at the time.
- What you expected — a short note on what you thought would happen instead.
